Recycle Bin

Recycle Bin stores all your deleted Accounts. You will be able to Restore a deleted Account or permanently Delete it from the Recycle Bin.

Note: Only tenant Admin can access Recycle Bin option in Settings.

Example:

If you delete an Account by mistake you don’t need to re-enter all the details again. All your deleted Account records will be stored in the Recycle Bin, you just have to select Restore to get back your selected Account records.

Let’s see how to Restore a deleted Account

  1. On the home page click on Settings.

  1. On the Settings page click on Recycle Bin under Data.
  2. Select the record then click on Restore.

  1. Select the Workflow and Status of the record then click on Restore.
  2. Your record will be restored with all its original information but your linked records such as Notes and Tasks will not be restored.
  3. To delete a record select the record then click on the delete icon on Actions menu.
  4. If you want to delete all records from your Recycle Bin, click on the Empty Icon.
