Add an attachment to notes

Soffront CRM now allows you to add an attachment to a note from the detailed view. To do so follow the steps given below:

1. In the detailed view, go to the notes tab. Refer to the image below:

2. The list of available notes will appear. Place the cursor on  any of the notes and click the attachment icon as shown in the image below:

3. The Add an Attachment window will appear. You can select the file either from your Computer or from Dropbox.

4. Select the file to attach from your computer or drop box. Once done click Close to attach the file.

5. The file will appear within the note also a clip icon will appear on the note which has an attachment as shown in the image below:

Note: When you are editing the note the attached file will appear as a link in the editor. Please do not delete this link or else the link of the attached file will be deleted. Refer to the image below:



In order to detach the file click the Attachment icon. The attached file will appear. Select the attached file and click the delete icon. Refer to the image below:
