Add Email Signature to Sales Templates

Now you can add your signature to any sales template. The sales team do not have to create separate sales template for each sales person with there signature. Now you can setup a signature which can be added to any sales templates even if you have not created the template.

Follow the steps below to setup your signature

  1. Click on All Settings under Settings.
  2. Click on Email Signature under Profile.

3.  Add your Email Signature, you can add text, links and images using the toolbox.

4. Click on Save Signature to finalize and add your signature.

How to use Email Signature for sales templates? 

  1. Open a sales email template.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the template then click on where you want to add the signature.
  3. Then click on the Add Signature icon as shown below.

Similar to Personalize option, Add Signature will add a code to the Sales template . When you email the sales template it will add the signature of the person sending out the template.
