How to add a Profile photo and/or a Company logo?

To upload a Profile Pic

  1. From Home Page, Click on All Settings under Settings module.
  2. You will see a section titled Profile.
  3. Click on Personal Information.
  4. Put your cursor on the image icon. A “Change Photo” box will appear. Click on that box and choose the appropriate .jpg, .gif, or .png file you want to upload.
Note: Please remember that there is a maximum file size of 500 KB.

To add a Company logo:

The logo can only be changed by the Tenant Admin or by the users who has the permission set by the tenant admin.

  1. Return to the All Settings page.
  2. Under the Customization Click on Change Logo.
  3. Click on the Browse button, this will open the file that contains your logo.
  4. Select the Logo then click on Upload.

Note: Please remember that there is a maximum file size of 500 KB.
