In Google Chrome :
- Please open your browser.
- From the browser bar click on ‘More’ option as below.
- And click on ‘Settings’ from the menu.
- Now from the screen, please click on ‘Show advanced Settings’
- And hit ‘Clear browsing data’ button.
6. Now from the window as below first select since when you would like to clean it and select ‘Cache’ and ‘Cookies’ check box and click on ‘Clear Browsing Data’ button.
Once the above steps are done then close the entire browser and start with a fresh login to the CRM.
Short cut command to clear the browser cache:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete on your keyboard together to get the below screen.
- Select ‘Cookies…’ and ‘Cached….’ check box
- Now Click on ‘Clear browsing Data’ button.
