How do I create a ticket or support case with Soffront?

From any screen hover your mouse over the question mark icon on the right side of the screen.

Click on ask a question.

You will be taken to the following screen.

Please fill out the form with your company, first name, last name, email address, a phone number we can reach you at, and a description of the issue. Then click on submit. We will get back to you shortly.
