Below is an overview of the flow for an Email campaign and how to get a log of emails into the CRM.
- The original email is sent from the Soffront CRM to the customer’s email address.
- There is an available option on the email composition page. This option allows you to log either the body or the subject of an email in the customer’s account.
- The customer’s reply will go to your email inbox…..not to the CRM.
- Therefore, in order to automatically log emails into the customer account on the CRM, include the following email address as a bcc in any replies:
