Email Flow

Below is an overview of the flow for an Email campaign and how to get a log of emails into the CRM.
  1. The original email is sent from the Soffront CRM to the customer’s email address.
  2. There is an available option on the email composition page. This option allows you to log either the body or the subject of an email in the customer’s account.Capture
  3. The customer’s reply will go to your email inbox…..not to the CRM.
  4. Therefore, in order to automatically log emails into the customer account on the CRM, include the following email address as a bcc in any replies:
