Send or forward an email to email@example.com to log it against the appropriate Account or Contact record in Soffront. The email will be logged as a note against your Account or Contactr record. All the attachments in the email will be added against the note in CRM as well.
You can send or forward emails from any popular email client such as Outlook, GMail, or mobile clients.
You can log your emails in two ways:
- To log an outbound email, CC or BCC the email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- To log an inbound email, forward the email from your inbox to email@example.com.
