Link the email note to parent object

Soffront CRM now automatically links an email with the Parent objects when send from child object. For example, if Contact is linked with a Case, then while sending an email from the Contact a note will be added under the Contact and the same note will be linked with the parent Case also.

To do so follow the steps below:

1. View the contact which is linked with a Case.

As shown in the image click on the email to send an email.

2. The send email page appears. The email you will send will be linked as a note with the contact.

3. This same note will be linked with the case also. Refer to the image below:
