Outlook – Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting Outlook:

If Soffront icons are not available in your Outlook toolbar then uninstall the Soffront Outlook add-in from the Windows Control panel and also manually remove following items:

  1. Delete the following log files:
         Click: Windows Start Button > Type: Run + Enter > In the box type %allusersprofile% > In the folder that            pops up Delete: “Soffront Software”
  2. Delete the Soffront Software folder from following location:
    C:\Program files\
  3. Delete the Soffront Software folder from following location:
    C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming
  4. After everything has been removed from the system follow these steps for a fresh installation.
  5. If still icons are not available then, go to application folder in following location:
  6. C:\Program Files\Soffront Software\Soffront CRM Outlook Add-In.
  7. Double click on sfCRM.Outlook.vsto file and follow the steps.
