Project, Issue and Custom objects

In the earlier versions, there was no option to set the view, create, edit and delete privilege for Project, Issue and the custom objects. Soffront CRM has now allowed the tenant admin to set the permission for these objects from the security level screen for different security levels.

The custom objects will be available only if the permission is set. To set the permission follow the steps below:

1. Click All Settings under Settings from the home screen.

2. Click Database under Customization. 

3. Select the security level for each you want the custom object to appear.

4. Click Save.

Once these options are enabled for the specific security level, the tenant admin can go ahead and provide permission to Create, Edit or Delete. To do so, follow the steps below:

1. Click All Settings under Settings from the home screen.

2. Click Security Levels.

3. Click on the security level for which you have set the permission. In this example, marketing.

4. Click on the respective check boxes to set the permission to create, edit or delete. Refer to the image below:
