Build Your Marketing Campaigns Visually Using a Drag-and-Drop Designer
With this release, you will be able to visually design entire marketing campaigns from start to finish using a graphical drag-and-drop designer. We are calling these “Automated Campaigns“.
You will be able to start your campaigns based on a web form being submitted or a touch campaign. Based on how your contacts interact with your email messages, you will be able to take various actions such as moving them to another group, converting them to another stage in your funnel, or assigning them to a sales person.
You can design the flow of your campaign as well as define the messages and other details – everything from the designer.
In this example, we have a touch campaign with three automated email messages. If a contact clicks a link in any of the messages, we are moving them to a different group and converting them to the next stage in the funnel. If a contact does not click a link by the third message, we are moving them to a different group.
Note: Your existing touch campaigns will remain as it is. We recommend that you start using automated campaigns for new campaigns.

Choose Custom Fields by Size
With this release, you will be able to see the size of a custom field before you choose to use it. This way, depending on the nature of the information being stored, you can choose a smaller or larger sized field.
See Your Opportunity Totals On-the-Fly
With this release, when you work with your opportunities, you will see the totals for the opportunity and forecast amounts.
To enable this, select the “Show Total” check box when you setup your opportunity list views.
Go to the Next Page from Both Top and Bottom of a List
Do you work with hundreds of records in a list? With this release,when you are at the bottom of a list, you will be able to go to the next page without scrolling to the top. We have added the buttons to go across pages at the bottom of the list as well.
Associate Notes with the Right Lead
Does your business process requires a contact to be associated with multiple leads? When you add a note against such a contact, you will be able to choose the right lead to associate with the note.
