Soffront Online Android App

You can manage your leads and customers on the go with Soffront mobile CRM for Soffront Online. Your changes will be synchronized instantly with your Soffront web app.

You will be able to:

  • Add leads on the go.
  • Complete tasks and appointments.
  • Make calls and send emails.
  • Add notes and update leads and customers.
  • Scan business cards.

How to Download the App?

Download our Android app from the Google Play store. To find the app, open Google Play from your phone and search for Soffront.

How To Use Soffront Android App

Open Soffront App on your Android smart phone and sign in to your Soffront online account.

Note: When you sign into your account for the first time if it shows No data, Wait for sometimes for the page to load.

Appointments

Home screen contains the list of all your Appointments, with the most recent pending appointments at the top. Scroll down to see old appointments.

  • From the list view you can see appointment time, company name and your contact’s email address.
  • Click on an appointment to see the details.

  • Click on  to filter your appointments by Pending, Future and Past By default it will display all pending appointments.

  • Click on the icon to search Appointments by Subject or Company name.

Add a new Appointment

  • To add a new appointment click on the icon.
  • Fill in all the fields then click on save to save your appointment.

Note: Fields marked in red are required fields.

Go To Menu

Click on the Soffront icon to go to menu.  From the menu you can access your Appointments, Tasks, Leads, Customers and Scan Business Cards.

Task

Click on Task from the menu. The task page contains list of pending tasks, with the most recently added task at the top. Scroll down to see old tasks.

  • From the list view you can see task name and due date of your task.
  • Click on a task to see the details.
  • Click on  to filter your tasks by Pending, Future and Past By default it will display all pending task.
  • Click on  the icon to search Tasks by Task name.

Add new task

  • To add a new appointment click on the  icon
  • Fill in all the fields then click on save to save your task.

Leads

Click on leads from the menu to go to leads page. Then search for the lead you are looking for.

  • Once you have searched and selected a lead it will be saved on your list view. So when you click on lead you can see your recently searched items in the list view.
  • You can also filter your leads according to Recent leads, Leads, Prospects and Duplicates.

  • Select a record to see the details of the lead.

  • You can see and edit the following information for each lead records.
  • Custom fields can be edited to create fields which are not available in the lead/Customer form.
  • You can add notes tasks and contacts to the lead by clicking on the create button.

 

Contacts

Click on Contacts from the menu to go to Contacts page. Then search for the Contact you are looking for.

  • Once you have searched and selected a Contact it will be saved on your list view. So when you click on Contact you can see your recently searched items in the list view.
  • Similar to Leads you can view and edit Company details , Contact information, Custom fields.

  • Select a record to see the details of the Contact.

  • You can see and edit the following information for each Contact records.
  • Custom fields can be edited to create fields which are not available in the lead/Customer form.
  • You can add notes tasks and contacts to the Contact by clicking on the create button.

 

Scan Business Cards

You can scan a Business card from your android phone and add the information to your Lead’s records.

  • Click on Scan Business Card from your menu.
  • Then click on the Camera Icon.
  • Make sure the entire business card fits in the frame then click on the camera icon to take a picture.
  • If you are satisfied with the photo of the card, click Send. Otherwise, click Xto take another photo.
  • After you send the photo, the app will show you confirmation message that image has been queued.
  • Those successfully sent will have a green check mark, and the card will be entered as a lead within 24 hours.

Allow 8-10 business hours for the photos to be posted as leads in CRM. We offer human transcription where each business card is reviewed and transcribed by a Soffront staff for guaranteed accuracy.
