Soffront CRM now automatically selects the name of the contact(s) associated with a specific company at the time of creating a new case. Let’s see the steps as mentioned below:
1. Click Cases under service from the Home screen.
2. The Cases screen appears. Click to add a new case.
3. The Add Cases pop-up appears. Enter the Company name in the text box and select. Refer to the image below:
4. Once you select the name of the company the respective contact name will automatically appear in the First name and the Last name of the text box as shown in the image below:
In case there are multiple contacts associated with the company, the First name and the Last name text boxes will appear as drop down fields. You can select the name of the contact from the drop down list.
